Return Policy and Physical Product Warranty

Please note that all sales of physical products are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and specifications before making a purchase. Should you have any questions regarding the product, feel free to reach out via our contact us page prior to completing your order. Returns of damaged physical products are accepted within a week after customer's items are received with up to a 75% refund issued.

Andie’s Hook Up is known for creating durable crochet pieces that can withstand heavy use; however, we are pleased to provide replacements or repairs for any items damaged by normal use within one year of purchase.

Repairs and replacement claims will be reviewed and approved on a case by case basis. To initiate a repair or replacement under my warranty policy please send us an email at andieshookup@gmail.com with a detailed description of how the item was damaged, photos of damage, and the reference number on your thank you card received with your item.
